Log into your cPanel account*. Navigate to the “Email” section and click on “Email Accounts”. Click on “Create”. Select the domain, username and password. Click on “Edit Settings” in front of “Optional Settings” and set the mailbox quota if you like, or leave it on “Unlimited”, which is the default setting. Finally, click “Create”.
Good to Know: Regularly reviewing and deleting unused email accounts can help maintain security and free up server space.
