To transfer your domain away from Spiderz, contact our support team for assistance. On receipt of your request we’ll unlock your domain and provide an authorization (EPP) code. With this information, you’ll be able to begin the domain transfer process at your chosen registrar. Since the process of unlocking your domain and issuing the transfer code is performed manually, this may take sometime.
Good to Know: Domain transfers can take up to 7 days to complete. Ensure you initiate the process well in advance of any domain expiration dates to avoid disruptions.
