This policy applies to GBz hosting orders supplied by Spiderz Web International FZC.
Seven-day cancellation and refund window
You may cancel a GBz hosting order for any reason within seven days of the order date. You do not need to provide an explanation.
If the order was paid, we will refund the payment. If payment failed or was not completed, the order can still be cancelled but no refund is due.
How to cancel
Use the cancellation option in your GBz account. If you cannot access the account, contact GBz using the email address connected to the order.
How refunds are returned
We return an approved refund to the original payment method where possible. GBz will initiate it promptly, but the payment provider or bank may take additional time to show the credit.
After seven days
You may choose not to renew a service, but payments are not refundable after the seven-day window unless required by law or agreed by GBz because of an error on our part.
