These terms apply to GBz by Spiderz, a hosting service operated by Spiderz Web International FZC in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account, placing an order or using a GBz service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current. GBz uses secure links sent by email for account access. You are responsible for protecting your email account, sign-in links and hosting credentials, and for activity carried out through your account.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account or hosting credentials have been accessed without permission.
Orders and provisioning
Each hosting plan is connected to one domain that you already own or control. GBz does not register or transfer the domain as part of the hosting order.
Provisioning begins after successful payment. We may pause or reject an order if payment cannot be confirmed, the information supplied is incomplete, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful.
Plans, terms and renewals
Plans differ by storage and processing power. The core hosting tools described on the GBz Features page are included across the plan range.
You may choose a term of 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. Renewals are manual, not automatic. We send reminders seven days before expiry, on the expiry date and seven days after expiry.
A service remains active during the seven-day renewal grace period after its expiry date. If it is not renewed, it may then be suspended. Service data may later be deleted, so you must keep an independent current backup of your website, email and other data.
Plan changes
You may request an upgrade or downgrade at any time. The selected plan and its price apply from the next renewal date. A change remains subject to technical availability and any resource limits of the selected plan.
Prices, VAT and payment
Published prices exclude 5% UAE VAT. VAT is added at checkout. Longer terms may include free months as shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by the payment option selected at checkout. GBz does not store complete payment-card details.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order from your GBz account. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the GBz Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not use GBz for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, malware, infringement, attacks, unauthorised access, abusive resource use or content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate a service where necessary to protect customers, infrastructure or third parties, comply with law, investigate abuse, or stop an immediate security risk.
Your content and backups
You retain responsibility for the content, software and data placed in your hosting account. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
GBz performs regular server backups as an additional recovery measure, but does not guarantee that every file, mailbox or database can be recovered. You must maintain your own complete and current backups outside GBz.
If an archived backup exists, a manual restoration request costs AED 750 plus VAT. This fee is waived when the loss was caused by GBz.
Support
Hosting support covers the GBz platform and the areas described in our Scope of Support. Website development, application debugging and third-party software support are not included.
Service availability
We work to keep the service secure and available, but no internet service is uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, faults, third-party networks and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
Liability
To the greatest extent permitted by law, Spiderz Web International FZC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data. Our maximum aggregate liability arising from GBz is limited to AED 100.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the service, law or operating requirements change. Material changes will be posted on GBz and, where appropriate, communicated to customers.
